Donald Lee Montgomery, Sr., 57, of the Harris Station community passed away 5:49 p.m. Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Donald was born December 23, 1968, in East St. Louis, Illinois. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and trapping.

He is survived by his mother, Karen (Graves) Boaz of the Shawtown community; two sons, Donald Montgomery, Jr. (Jodie Newman) and Timothy Montgomery (Keirsten Myers) all of Martinsville, Indiana; one sister, Amanda Morton of the Shawtown community; and one brother, John Montgomery of Union City.

He was also preceded in death by his father, Albert Otto Montgomery; and one brother, Ronald Montgomery.
