Mr. Don Love, 70, of Union City died 6:45 p.m. Thursday, June 5, 2014, at his home.

Memorial services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Scott Fields will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until the hour of services Saturday.

Mr. Love was born April 7, 1944, in Campbell County, Tn. son of the late Charles and Dora Nell (Taylor) Love. He married Mary (Eaves) Love June 24, 2000. She survives. He was a retired mechanic for the City of Union City. He was a member of the Tyre Masonic Lodge #587 in the Crystal Community and Al Chymia Shrine Temple in Memphis.

He is also survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Joe and Michelle Love of Union City and Billy and Jessica Love of Obion; one step daughter and step son-in-law, Brandy and Michael Alexander of Union City; two step sons and step daughter-in-law, Dwayne and Angie Akers of Hornbeak and Chris Wall Smith of Union City; one brother, Vann Love of Campbell County, Tn.; one sister, Lula Mae Pennington of Richmond, Ky and nine grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Marsha Love and two brothers, Charles Love and David Hopson.
