Mr. Richard Norris "Dick" McNeill, 69, of Woodland Mills passed away11:23 p.m. Sunday, May 9, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Memorial services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home.  Donnie Tucker will officiate.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services Saturday.

He was born April 26, 1952, in Union City, son of the late King and Betty Ruth (Pearson) McNeill. Dick married A. Laura (Burns) McNeill on December 22, 1972. She preceded him in death February 27, 2000. He was a 1970 graduate of Obion County Central High School and served in the United States Army at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Dick retired from GRW Engineering in Nashville after 30 years of services. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, baseball and grilling.

He is survived by his daughter, Danielle Morris (Ronnie) of South Fulton; his son, Josh McNeill (Shonna) of Mobile, Alabama; five grandchildren, Alivia Morris and Dalton Morris both of South Fulton; MaKenlee McNeill, Sophie McNeill and Jagger McNeill all of Mobile, Alabama; three sisters, Harriet Hicks (Larry) of Union City, Kathy Jo Roberts (Terry) of Troy and Laura Mai McNeill of Woodland Mills; and one brother, Bob McNeill of Hickman, Kentucky.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Tom McNeill.
