Rebecca Dianne Foster, 78, of Obion passed away Monday, August 17, 2026, at Magnolia Ridge Care & Rehabilitation in Union City.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Melvin Poe will officiate. Burial will follow in North Union Cemetery near Kenton.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Thursday.

Dianne was born June 3, 1948, in Booneville, Mississippi, daughter of the late James and MIldred (Nevels) Boggs. She married Joe Foster November 1, 2011. Dianne retired from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis where she worked in admissions and served as social events coordinator. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Union City and enjoyed playing the piano.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Foster of Obion; her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Kevin Erwin of Arlington; her grandson, Connor Erwin of Arlington; and her sister and brother-in-law, Marilyn and Dennis Hawkins of Bartlett.
