Dennis Wayne Hutchens, 54, of Troy passed away 1:45 a.m. Friday, July 23, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Rev. Donnie Ragsdale will officiate.  Burial will follow in Mt. Ararat Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Sunday.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Revell, Miguel Martinez, William Andecover, Terry Hinson, Josh Long and Shane Hutchens.

Dennis was born October 17, 1966, in Union City, son of Dwayne and Linda (Muse) Hutchens of Union City. He married Michelle (Hinson) Hutchens March 15, 2010. She survives. Dennis had been employed at Tyson Foods and was a member of Mt. Ararat Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

He is also survived by one daughter, Keisha Watson (Joshua) of Dyer; one stepson, Josh Long of Troy; one brother, Jason Hutchens (Amy) of Cookeville; two grandchildren, Derek Dean and Emma Dean both of Dyer; and his mother-in-law, Lois Hinson of Union City.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Durwood and Mary Lou Muse and Frank and Lois Hutchens; and his father-in-law, Frank Hinson.
