Debra Murray's Obituary
Debra Lynn (Coker) Murray, 61, of Union City passed away 12:30 p.m. Sunday, June 18, 2017, at her home surrounded by her husband, children and grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday at Healing Faith Family Worship Center in Union City where she was a member. Pastor Shane Long will officiate.
Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Debra was born December 18, 1955, in Memphis, daughter of the late John Henry and Helen Flossie (Tigner) Coker. She married Jerry Wayne Murray, Sr. November 25, 1975. He survives. Debra was a child of God who was full of laughter. She was known for being spunky and dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren. Debra touched the lives of so many and looked for opportunities to share the word of God. Her family has the assurance that Debra is now healed and walks with a new glorified mind and body.
She is also survived by four daughters, Wendye Murray, Jessica Murray Molloy, Lanita Murray and Tonya Murray; two sons, Jerry Wayne Murray, Jr. and Jesse Molloy; and five grandchildren, Reagan Lane Murray, Lydia Elizabeth Molloy, Jerry Murray, III, Lathan Tripp Molloy and Joshua Caleb Spears.
