Deborah I. "Debbie" Burkett, 54, of Tiptonville passed away 10:36 a.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Regional One Health in Memphis.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday at River of Life Church in Ridgely. Brother Ronnie Turner will officiate.

Visitation will be held at River of Life Church from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services Friday.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Debbie was born February 12, 1970, in Coalinga, California, daughter of the late William Wesley Burkett and Patricia (Hudson) Burkett. Debbie was a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughter, April Hayes (Caleen) of Tiptonville; her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Anna Hayes of Dyersburg; her sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Claude Salmon of Tiptonville; her brother, Billy Burkett of Tiptonville; and eight grandchildren, Keylee Jeffrey, Levi Jeffrey, Leland Jeffrey, Katelyn Milton, Remington Hayes, Oaklynn Hayes, Maddi Hayes and Maddox Hayes.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Misty Hicks.
