Mr. David Roberts, 48, of Cottondale, Alabama died 4:00 p.m. Sunday, June 30, 2013, at his home. He was a former resident of Obion County.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday at Union Grove Cemetery near Kenton. Brother James Kinsey will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday.

David was born April 13, 1965, in Union City, son of the late Ronald Dale and Joyce Ann (Baker) Roberts. He had been employed at the former Plastech in Kenton and was of the Baptist faith. He had served in the Tennessee National Guard.

He is survived by his wife Donna (Arsella) Roberts of Cottondale, Alabama; three children, Jamie Gilbertson of Martin and Jackson Roberts and Elaina Roberts both of Cottondale, Alabama; and his brother, Mark Roberts of Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Dale Roberts, Jr.
