Mr. David Ray Fulcher, 48, of South Fulton passed away Friday, February 22, 2019, at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

David was born January 24, 1971, in Fulton, Kentucky, son of the late Danny Ray and Charlotte (Hobbs) Fulcher. He was employed as a route carrier for The Paducah Sun in Fulton, Kentucky and Clinton, Kentucky.

He is survived by one daughter Tabitha Fulcher and her fiance' Michael Hackett of Union City; his fiancee' Angela Ransom of South Fulton; one stepdaughter, Tiffany Ransom of Union City; two stepsons, Brandon Ransom and Beau Falgout (Victoria) of Hickman, Kentucky; two sisters, Teresa Herbert of Hickman, Kentucky and Rebecca Miller of Maurice, Louisiana; six grandchildren, Bentley Fulcher, Gabriella Fulcher, Zander Hackett, Kailyn Hackett, Jason Falgout and Eli Joe Falgout; six nieces; and three great nieces.
