Mr. James Danny Morgan, 70, of Fulton, Kentucky passed away 2:52 p.m. Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Murray Calloway County Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home.  Brother Archie Larry will officiate.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services Monday.

Danny was born March 2, 1953, in Morehead, Mississippi, son of the late Dewey and Mattie (Hobbs) Morgan.  He was a deck hand on a towboat and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his daughter, Penny Davis (Clint) of Walland; his son, James Morgan (Kristen) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two brothers, David Morgan (Elaine) of Kenton and Michael Morgan (Lisa) of Paducah, Kentucky; one sister, Linda Donnell (James) of Union City; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by five sisters.
