Mr. Dan Dunn, 87, of Union City went home to be with the Lord 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 31, 2020, at Perimeter Healthcare in Jackson.

Private funeral services will be conducted Monday at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Eddie Mallonee will officiate. Friends are invited to attend the graveside service 3:00 p.m. Monday at Obion County Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Alzheimer's Association.

Pallbearers will be Shawn Stallings, Michael Dunn, Dan Jacob Dunn, Nicky Dunn, Matt Dunn, Raymond Wayne Dunn, Garrett Dunn, Maddox Dunn and Bryson Dunn.

Dan was born December 16, 1933, in Weakley County, son of the late Larkey and Ora (Sadler) Dunn. He married Kara (Biggs) Dunn July 2, 1955. She survives. Dan was the owner and operator of Dunn's Body Shop in Union City for 53 years. He was a member of Second Baptist Church, was an avid woodworker and St. Louis Cardinals fan.

He is also survived by one daughter, Kathy (Joe) Pritchard of Union City; two sons, Daniel (Donna) Dunn and Roger Dunn all of Union City; two grandchildren, Lauren (Shawn) Stallings of Union City and Michael Dunn of Tallahassee, Florida; nine great grandchildren; one great great grandson; two sisters-in-law, Dorothy Dunn of Lansing, Michigan and Marie (Hugh) Nichols of Greenbrier; and one brother-in-law, Gary Pagan of Phoenix, Arizona.

He was also preceded in death by one great granddaughter, Averi Clair Stallings; six brothers, U.M. Gibbs, Thomas Dunn, Harold Dunn, Raymond Dunn, Bernice Dunn and James Dunn; three sisters, Mildred Perry, Donnie Sue Schiele and Joyce Townsend; and one sister-in-law, Onita Pagan.
