Cody Dewyane Crowell, 20, of Hornbeak died 7:05 a.m. Saturday, August 25, 2012, at his home.
Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
Cody was born September 9, 1991, in Union City, son of Paul Edmond Crowell Jr. and Angela Renae (Morton) Crowell of Hornbeak. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is also survived by two sisters, Brenda R. Crowell and April Crowell both of Hornbeak; his grandparents, Ronnie Morton of Fayetteville, North Carolina and Brenda Kay Riley and Paul Edmond Crowell Sr. both of Hornbeak; and his aunt and uncles, Edmond Shern Crowell and Angelia and Dewayne Hodge all of Hornbeak.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Aleene Crowell.
