Clifton Dale Franks, 40, of Radcliff, Kentucky passed away 9:00 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2016, at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a former resident of Hickman, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Charles Southerland will officiate. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services Monday.

Pallbearers will be Terry Bass, John Elliott, Gary Powell, Jamie Curlin, Chuckie Moffitt and Donnie Sutton.

Clifton was born July 31, 1975, in Union City, son of Ann Johnson of Hickman, Kentucky and the late Jeff Johnson. He was a 1993 graduate of Fulton County High School where he served as class president. Clifton had been employed as a florist and had served in the United States Air Force. He was a member of East Hickman Baptist Church.

He is also survived by three sisters, Peggy (Terry) Bass of Union City, Betty (John) Elliott of Fulton, Kentucky and Julie (Gary) Powell of Martin; one brother, Jeff (Lisa) Franks of Union City; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by his biological father, Clifton Murl Franks.
