Clarence Shoemaker's Obituary
Mr. Clarence William Shoemaker, 72, of Union City passed away 4:15 p.m. Saturday, June 24, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Union City First United Pentecostal Church . Brother Jessie Cavness will officiate. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the church from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
Mr. Shoemaker was born March 4, 1945, in Cincinnati, Ohio, son of the late Emma Ruth (Alsentzer) Shoemaker. He married Georgia Rhuene (Malloy) Shoemaker March 5, 1967. She passed away March 14, 2016. He was in the U.S. Army for 17 ½ years and was of the Pentecostal faith.
He is survived by three daughters, Frances Brauer of Colorado, Hazel (William) Bryson of Troy and Georgette Shoemaker of Union City; one son, Bill Shoemaker of Sharon; ten grandchildren and one great grandson.
