Christine Sharp's Obituary
Mrs. Christine Sharp, 81, of Trimble and formerly of Hickman, Kentucky passed away at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2011, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
She was born August 24, 1929, in Lake County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgli and Roda (Bridges) Kemp; and two sons, Barry Sharp and Vance Sharp; three sisters, Willie Kemp, Viola Kemp and Helen Kilpatrick; and five brothers, Leonard Kemp, Frankie Kemp, Harvey Kemp, Hubert Kemp and Charlie Kemp.
Christine is survived by two sons, Joey Sharp of Memphis and Mark (Teresa) Sharp of Trimble; her sister, Juanita Warner of Union City; four grandchildren, Amy Sharp, Mark Sharp Jr., Felicia Austin and Megan Sharp; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Henry Callison will officiate. Burial will follow in Pierce Cemetery in Trimble.
The family will receive friends in the Rosewood Room at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday.
Pallbearers will be Paul Sampson, Otis Anderson, Mark Sharp Jr., Dennis Warner, Tony Warner and Bobby Kemp.
