Chris J. Prichard, 71, of Union City passed away 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date in Wisconsin.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Chris was born April 16, 1955, in Wausau, Wisconsin, son of the late Russell and Joanne (Cooper) Prichard. He married Donna (Cruce) Prichard October 21, 1978. He served in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War. Chris was a retired truck driver for Roehl Transport in Marshfield, Wisconsin. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, listening to music, fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Prichard of Union City; one son, Jesse Prichard of Wausau, Wisconsin; two grandchildren, Amirah Prichard and Gaije Prichard both of Wausau, Wisconsin; two sisters, Mary Lloyd of White, Georgia and Renee Prichard of Escanaba, Michigan; and three brothers, Mark Prichard of Antigo, Wisconsin, John Prichard (Teresa) of Weston, Wisconsin and Jimmy Prichard of Hatley, Wisconsin.

He was also preceded in death by one sister, Lois Harper.
