Mr. Christopher Ross “Chris” Brinkley, 65, of Troy passed away Monday morning, August 11, 2026, at his home.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Friday.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Chris was born July 21, 1961, in Union City, son of the late Billy Michael “Mike” and Dale (Myers) Brinkley. He married Bobbie (Davis) Brinkley on September 12, 1998. She survives. Chris was a truck driver.

He is also survived by two daughters, Brittany Brinkley of Union City and Savannah Bautista (Miguel) of Union City; one son, Michael Brinkley (Maryann) of Martin; five grandchildren; one brother, Danny Brinkley (Deborah) of Union City; one sister, Melanie Phares (Jerry) of Alabama; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by one son, Nick Brinkley.
