Mrs. Charlotte Ann Toon, 69, of Union City passed away 8:32 a.m. Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at Tennova Healthcare Regional Jackson.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Union City. Father David Willett will officiate. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Chappell. Chris Chappell, Craig Stamper, Derek Stamper, Dylan Stamper, Norbert Toon, Tommy Willingham and Donald Willingham.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, Tennessee 38101-9908.

Mrs. Toon was born August 26, 1946, in Fancy Farm, Kentucky, daughter of the late Thomas "Rome" and Mary Earnestine (Elliott) Stamper. She married Carl Toon March 20, 1970. He survives. Charlotte was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the ladies auxiliary of the church. She was a homemaker.

She is also survived by two sons, Kevin (Doris) Toon of Union City and Shannon (Sydney Alexander) Toon of Memphis; and one brother, Ralph Eugene Stamper of Fancy Farm, Kentucky; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She was also preceded in death by one son, Darryl Toon; one grandson; Kyle Toon; and two brothers, Carl Stamper and Keith Stamper.
