Calvin Lee Meacham, 68, of the Dixie community passed away 7:45 a.m. Friday, October 11, 2024, at his home.

There will be no services. Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Calvin was born June 3, 1956, in Union City, son of the late Rondal Lee Meacham and Patsy (Myers) Meacham. He had been employed at Union City Coca Cola for 40 years and retired from Griffin Industries. Calvin loved old cars, working jigsaw puzzles and spending time with his family. He was a member of Reelfoot Baptist Church.

He is survived by his two children, Valerie Griffith and Jeremy Meacham both of the Dixie community; and five grandchildren, Colby Howell of Camden, Catie Howell of the Dixie community, Carly Howell of Union City and Bailey Meacham and Bentley Meacham both of Martin.

He was also preceded in death by his sister, Patty Tyson.
