Obituary

Ms. Brenda Kay Isbell, 62, of Union City passed away 6:08 p.m. Sunday, October 6, 2024, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Archie Larry will officiate. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery in Obion.

Pallbearers will be her family.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services Thursday.

Brenda was born October 27, 1961, in Tigrett, daughter of the late Charlie Akin and Willie Hester (Garrison) Moore.  She had worked for Tyson Foods.

She is survived by two sisters, Tammy Thompson and Patricia Bobo both of Union City; three brothers, Charles Moore (Bonnie) of Hornbeak, Robert Moore (Teresa) of Newbern and Wayne Moore (Rhonda) of Rives; one stepson, Jeff Isbell (Katrina) of Gleason; three grandchildren, Jemma Muzzels, Josie Muzzels and Jack Muzzels all of Gleason; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Joe Moore, Johnny Moore and Lonnie Moore; and one sister, Linda Vincent.
