Bob Ray's Obituary
Robert Joseph "Bob" Ray, 71, of Woodland Mills passed away 8:13 p.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2018, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
Memorial services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Tony Jackson will officiate.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Saturday.
Bob was born January 30, 1947, in Jackson, Michigan, son of the late Sam "J.W." Ray and the late Lillian (Love) Williams. He married Beth (Garrison) Ray July 2, 1971. She survives. Bob was a retired truck driver and of the Baptist faith.
He is also survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Matthew Bing of Hickman, Kentucky; two sons, Bobby Joe Ray of La Center, Kentucky and Eddie Ray of Mayfield, Kentucky; two granddaughters, Samantha Bing and Sally Bing both of Hickman, Kentucky; and three brothers, Bill Ray of Little Rock, Arkansas, Don Williams of Senatobia, Mississippi and Ted Williams of Troy.
He was also preceded in death by one son, Christoper Ray.
