Mr. Billy Carol Revell, 90, of Union City passed away 3:25 p.m. Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Rosehill Cemetery in Obion.  Brother Terry English will officiate.

There will be no visitation and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Billy was born June 19, 1933, in Elbridge, son of the late Guy and Flossie (Wilson) Revell.  He married Wilma Dean (Christian) Revell December 24, 1954.  She passed away March 9, 2020.  He retired from the former Reelfoot Packing Company as a truck driver.

He is survived by three sons, Tim Revell (Debra) of Bentonville, Arkansas, Donnie Revell (Mona) of Union City and Bill Revell (Carol) of Dyersburg; seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Tammie Griffin; his grandson, Joshua L. Griffin; and several brothers and sisters.
