Obituary

Mr. Bill "Doc" Robinson, 76, of Mason Hall passed away 5:18 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2020, at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Tony Michael and Brother Truitt Cockrell will officiate. Burial will follow in Mason Hall Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to Wounded Warrior Project or The Masonic Widows and Orphans Fund of Tennessee.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Walton, Bill Kail, Royce Spencer, Andrew Edmiston, Tony Daniel and Cole Clanton.

Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Jenkins and members of the Pearl Masonic Lodge.

Mr. Robinson was born March 3, 1943, in Cairo, Illinois, son of the late Ernest Eugene and Flossie (Jordan) Robinson. He received his bachelor of science degree from Bethel University and his masters degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. Mr. Robinson was employed by the Biloxi, Mississippi Public School System from 1967 to 1987, the Arkansas Department of Education from 1987 to 1992 and Obion County Central High School from 1992 until his retirement in 2017. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church near Rives, the Pearl Masonic Lodge in Mason Hall and the National Rifle Association.

He is survived by one daughter, Kathleen Jordan Robinson of Rogers, Arkansas.
