Mr. William "Bill" Osteen, 74, of Union City passed away 9:42 a.m. Wednesday, at The Waters of Union City.

Graveside memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 30, 2020, at Burkley Cemetery in Kentucky.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Bill was born November 23, 1945, in Martin, Tn., son of the late Clyde and Margaret (Newton) Osteen.  He married Janice Kay "Jan" (Taylor) Osteen July 21, 1995.  She survives.  He worked for Kohler in Union City for 37 years and was of the Baptist faith.

He is also survived by one daughter, Judy Sandefer (Kevin) of Martin; two sons, Bill Osteen, Jr. of Martin and Jerome Leath (Julie) of Union City; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one sister, Cynthia Osteen of Smyrna, Tn.; and one brother, Joe Osteen of Union City.

He was also preceded in death by five brothers and sisters.
