Betty Fisher, 82, of Hornbeak passed away Thursday, September 24, 2026, at West Tennessee Healthcare - Dyersburg Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Mitchell Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery near Hornbeak.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services Monday.

Pallbearers will be Dan Fisher, Dillon Fisher, Zachary Anderson, David Anderson, C.J. Anderson and Darryl Holder.

Betty was born December 18, 1943, in Memphis, daughter of the late William Columbus and Fannie Mae (Looney) Rines. She married Dan Edwin Fisher, Sr. December 23, 1965. He preceded her in death November 22, 2023. Betty was a homemaker and a member of Hornbeak Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, quilting, cooking and working in her flowers.

She is survived by two sons, Ted Fisher and wife Laura of Hornbeak and Dan Fisher and wife Kelly of Obion; six grandchildren, Jeremy Fisher, Ashley Fisher, Zachary Anderson, Elizabeth Rice, Dillon Fisher and Megan Fisher; and eight great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Loura Fisher Anderson; three sisters; and four brothers.
