Betty L. Carlton, 75, of Union City passed away 12:05 a.m. Friday, July 31, 2020, at Henry County Healthcare Center in Paris.

Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Yorkville Cemetery in Yorkville, Tn. Brother Chip Davis will officiate.

There will be no visitation and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Betty was born September 6, 1944, in Trenton, daughter of the late James Harold and Elizabeth Ethel (Coleman) Frazier. She married Jerry Lynn Carlton May 25, 1983. He preceded her in death November 9, 1991. Betty had been employed at the former Hiland Feed Mill in Union City for twenty nine and a half years and at the Boys & Girls Club of Northwest Tennessee in Union City for twelve years as a bookkeeper. She was a member of the Obion County Business & Professional Women and Lake Road Baptist Church near Union City.

She is survived by one son, Victor Naylor; one daughter, Tammie Naylor; and three grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Frances Sue Mosley.
