Barbara Dale Westlake, 75, of Union City passed away 11:30 a.m. Monday, August 3, 2020, at AHC Union City.

There will be no services. Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Barbara was born June 6, 1945, in Mississippi, daughter of Harvey Rule of Troy and the late Myrle Belle (Crouse) Rule. She was the widow of Robert Westlake. Barbara had been employed in marketing and advertising and was a member of Ravenscroft Episcopal Church in Brighton.

She is also survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Wendy and Randy Powell of Middlebury, Florida and Heather and Jim Gibson of Jacksonville, Florida; one sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Tom Rice of Union City; one brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Susie Rule of St. Marys, Georgia; one niece, Torie Rice of Union City; and six grandchildren.
