Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Rev. Paul Sternisha and Rev. Curtis Rice will officiate. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery .

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Pallbearers will be Dennis Warner, Jared Warner, Jeff Hooker, Mikey Underwood, Brent Baird and Roy Miller.

Mrs. Wilmath was born February 10, 1953, in Union City, daughter of the late James Prather and Virginia Lee (Brantley) Mangold. She married Ray Allen Wilmath November 25, 1972. He died October 8, 2008. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Hickman, Kentucky.

Ann is survived by her daughter, Allison Wilmath of Union City; two granddaughters, Ashley Carr and Destiney Carr both of Union City; and her sister, Linda Hooker of Huntsville, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Kay Baird; and her brother, James Phillip Mangold.
