Allie Paige Hazlewood, 31, of Martin went home to be with the Lord Thursday morning, April 9, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family.

Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Cate Cemetery near Martin. Brother Kylan Mann will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Cole Hazlewood, Koltin Winstead, Madison Hazlewood, Bobby Webb, Mark Winstead and Kevin Lovelace.

There will be no visitation and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to The Gideons International .

Allie was born April 19, 1994, in McKenzie, daughter of the late Matthew Hazlewood and Amie (Anderson) Hazlewood. Allie loved listening to music, playing with her toys and watching Wheel of Fortune.

She is survived by her mother, Amie Hazlewood of Martin; her sister, Joy Winstead and husband Koltin of Martin; her brother, Cole Hazlewood of Martin; her grandparents, Matt and Barbara Hazlewood of Sharon and Patty and Wayne Vail of Covington, West Virginia; her niece and nephew, Audrie Jean Winstead and Levi Blake Winstead both of Martin; and her uncles and aunts, Madison and Vickie Hazlewood of Martin, Lenny and Wendy Vail and Travis and Sabrian Vail all of Covington, West Virginia and Amy Vail of White Sulfur, West Virginia; special friends, Bobby and Mary Webb of Sharon; and several cousins.

Her father Matthew Hazlewood preceded her in death August 21, 2025.
