Mr. Roy Hancock, 72, of Kenton died 7:15 p.m. Sunday, April 22, 2012, at his home.

Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Mr. Hancock was born November 19, 1939, in Galloway, Tennessee, son of the late Alex Franklin Hancock and the late Rennie Ophine (Floyd) Hancock Warren. He was a retired automobile mechanic and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia West of Kenton; two sons, Roy Lee Hancock of Como, Mississippi and Bobby Hancock of Bradford; his twin brother, Troy Hancock of Millington; seven grandchildren; and one great granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by four brothers.
